How are Lumio gummies different from other functional gummies?

Most functional gummies are sweetened with sugar (which undoes the health work) or with stevia (which leaves a tell-tale aftertaste). Lumio uses monk fruit — zero glycemic impact, no aftertaste, real candy-grade sweetness. Result: up to 70% less sugar than other functional gummies, in a candy your family will actually fight over.

What's monk fruit?

Monk fruit is a small green melon native to southern China. Its sweetness comes from compounds called mogrosides — zero calories, zero glycemic impact, no aftertaste. It's been used as a sweetener for centuries; modern food brands (Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Red Bull) are now adding monk fruit to their lineups too.

Are these for adults or kids?

Lumio is designed for the whole family. Our gummies are functional supplements — Creatine and Protein (Collagen) — and the recommended serving is 5 gummies per day. The flavors are kid-friendly, but for any specific child's supplement needs, talk to your pediatrician.

Are Lumio gummies vegan?

The Watermelon Creatine gummies are vegan. The Strawberry Protein and Peach Mango Protein gummies contain Bovine Collagen (Types I & III) and are non-vegan. Each pouch clearly labels its vegan status.

How much creatine or collagen do I get per serving?

Each serving (5 gummies) delivers 5 grams of the active ingredient — creatine monohydrate in our Watermelon SKU, hydrolyzed collagen peptides (Bovine I & III) in our Strawberry and Peach Mango SKUs. Each pack contains 2 servings (10 gummies total) — a full daily dose, twice over.
